Hi! My name is Andrea.

Tell us about yourself

I was diagnosed with Endometrial cancer at age 30, and a Meningioma at age 31. Completed the respect surgeries, treatments and rehabs by 2022 and am currently living with fine motor skills deficits but I refuse to stop pursuing the life that I want :)

What led you to the diagnosis and how has the journey been like?

It started with heave bleeding and huge blood clots falling out of me. Decided to consult my gynae for further investigation and it's been quite a ride ever since, both physically and emotionally. I've been so blessed to have strong support network and a positive mindset definitely helps.

Any advice for others who may be going through a similar experience?

Take it 1 step at a time and try not to scare yourself silly with online information. It's not going to be a walk in the park but have faith in yourself, and reach out for support. There's no shame in doing so.
